Features
First of all, the extension is pretty stable and I'll provide regular patches and upgrades for this release. So you don't have to fear of being stuck with this beta. This is a beta release because it's missing some of the basic features that I have in mind. More on that below. Design Review currently comes with the following features:

Demo
A limited demo is available on our demo site, here. Just login with one of the available demo accounts and then click on "Design". We can't allow you to upload images though as I'm sure some "funny" folks would love to abuse this feature and upload adult or obscene material.
Planned features
As I've said, this is a feature beta and your feedback on improvements is greatly appreciated - as always. The stable release is scheduled to come out by the end of this month/early February with these additional features:
Info tooltips
Each item on the overview screen will receive a tooltip for displaying various information about the design. I'll let you configure what information it may contain.
Notifications and subscriptions
Right now there aren't any email notifications built-in. This is obviously a must-have feature and as with the info tooltips, I'll make it so that you can configure this feature to your needs.
Access restrictions
Basically the same feature as in the File Manager Pro, so you can hide specific designs from clients or other groups.
Task assignments
Allows you to attach designs to tasks, similar to the file manager.
Integrations
Not directly applied to the Design Review extensions, but I'll update the Activity Stream to also track Design Review activity. I'm also going to update File Manager Pro so that you can link or export images you've uploaded there to the Design Review extension.
