I have published a new developer tutorial with basic code snippets and examples on how to work with the Projectfork framework. I hope you'll find it useful and create some new extensions with that knowledge :)
If you have any questions regarding the code or need further explanation, please ask in the forum and I will try to explain more in-depth.

This is probably the biggest update Projectfork had so far -- judging by the amount of files that changed. I've mainly fixed a critical bug that affects all users who have a Joomlapraise template.
I've changed the ID of the editor which caused a conflict with a container in the templates which had the same ID...causing the entire website to load in your content editor. I've also changed all 0 byte files (mainly index.html's) to avoid an installation problem on some systems.
I recommend that you backup your entire Projectfork folder (in:administrator/components) before you apply the update!
An update for the File Manager Pro will be available tomorrow. Please note that this update potentially breaks any mods that you have installed. The File Manager Pro is not affected though.
As promised, I have updated the File Manager Professional edition with a preview feature for images. And I've fixed a bug where the "edit" button would dissapear if the a file/note was not checked-in properly. And I have also released a little goodie for free: A panel to display the latest topics in the control panel, check it out! For those who are looking for more free extensions, check out the newly created 3PD extensions forum.
Another update to fix some low-level bugs and one critical bug where it was not possible to copy groups. Next up this week are 2 new extensions to display the latest board topics and board replies.I also plan on updating the File Manager PRO to version 1.1, adding a preview feature for images and fix a few minor problems.
PF 2.0.6 is now available and fixes a few non-critical bugs and one critical bug where it was not possible to edit forum replies. I also want to take the opportunity to say that I am now preparing development for Projectfork 2.1.
Just a quick annoucement, I am back from my Christmas holidays and I had a great start in 2009 -- I hope you had a great start too
I am sorry for not giving any support over the past few days. As you can imagine I needed a break from the PC and I wanted to spend some time with the family (it's that time of the year...). Oh and I silently released Projectfork 2.0.5 on Christmas eve, I didn't have the time to announce it here.
I've decided to reduce the prices for the JomSocial and Community Builder integration to $5, starting today. If you buy now, you save over 50%! Prices will go back to default ($12) on 01/05/09. Also visit projectfork.net on christmas eve to collect more gifts & goodies!
It's time for another weekly update with a few non-critical bugfixes. And I have also released the first commercial extensions.Every now and then it happens that I drink too little coffee which inevitably leads to mistakes. If you have downloaded the 2.0.3 patch or full version before this announcement, please download and re-apply the update from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3 (or any other update) to fix a very annoying problem with the task list. Since the bug has been discovered in less than 24 hours after the release I am not going to release another patch. Instead I have repacked all the 2.0.3 packages with the correct file. I have to be more careful next time, sorry :)
